US-based financial player, Synchrony, has announced a permanent work-from-home policy for all its employees. The company, which has its main India office in Hyderabad, will allow employees to come into the office that will serve as an engagement hub for those who are fully vaccinated and that they can use the place as a networking spot.
The efforts aim to strengthen its diversity, equity, and inclusion program and for a healthy work-life balance, according to news reports. It will also ensure an agile workforce and the coming together of the best talent.

With 47% of its workforce being women, Synchrony has over 100 employees people with disabilities, and 25 veterans in India.
