Bridge the gap with our training programs

Our flagship program, the study is designed to help institutions identify areas where they can improve their DEI practices and develop strategies to create a more inclusive and equitable campus environment.

Our programs are open to universities, colleges, and vocational schools in India. We encourage all institutions, regardless of their domain, size or location, to participate in the study and demonstrate their commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in higher education.

Our impact

Workshops

Avtar team had conducted a session on “Demystifying Diversity, Equity and Inclusion” for Great lakes Institute of Management, Chennai. In addition, we have conducted sessions in DEI over HR forums like NHDRN Bhubaneshwar and NIPM Kerala where we had a mix of students and professionals attending the same.

We are conducting a MDP on “DEI – Poster to Action” in collaboration with BIMTECH Noida for MSME organizations, start-ups and public sector enterprises on 6th & 7th June 2023.

Engaging with students through events

We had partnered with IIM Bodhgaya for their flagship event Youth Entrepreneurship Summit 2023. Avtar sponsored a case-study on the topic “Building conducive workplace for women in Indian MSMEs”. We had solutions ranging from a rating system for MSMEs to detailed assessment on the working conditions in MSMEs for women.
Avtar leaders have delivered address on various topics on DEI in institutions like IIT Bombay, IIM Bodhgaya, KJ Somaiya Institute of Management and Thiagaraja Institute of Management.

Diversathon – We had conducted a paper presentation event for students on the theme of “Creating Inclusive Campuses” as part of Diversity Mahotsav in the month of Dec 2022.

Partnership with education institutions through conferences

Avtar was empanelled as “Inclusivity Partner” for the Women in Leadership Conclave hosted by G Narayanamma Institute of Technology, one of the leading technology institutes for women in India. As part of the same, we had 2 of our Avtar Ambassadors addressing the august audience comprising of together 100+ women leaders (Ambassadors/Consulars, Academicians, Actors, Economists, Senior Bureaucrats, Entrepreneurs, Climate Activists, Authors, Designers, Artists, Corporate Leaders, Ministers, Women Public Representatives-MLAs/MPs)
