Recognizing this shift, Avtar—India’s leading culture consulting and inclusion solutions firm—in partnership with Seramount, launched the inaugural edition of the Best Companies for Environment, Social, and Governance (BCESG) in India, as part of the Avtar & Seramount Best of Best Conference & Awards 2025. From 54 participating organizations, select companies from the Top 10 BCESG were invited to an exclusive roundtable to share their ESG philosophies and practices.

The discussions revealed a clear consensus: ESG is no longer a compliance exercise but an integrated operating philosophy. From sustainability and ethical governance to DEI and community impact, these organizations demonstrate that ESG excellence is achieved when responsibility, transparency, and purpose are embedded across every level of the organization—signaling India’s growing ESG maturity.
