What is a Pathways to Power program?

Pathways to Power (P2P) is a transformative leadership programme for senior women executives. Its core premise is that leaders who operate from their source of true power are capable of catalyzing impactful change and inspiring colleagues to lead with authenticity. A leadership certification programme, P2P will help women leaders familiarize themselves with the different aspects of power and help them leverage it for their personal and professional lives through an inside-out approach by identifying power (self-awareness) to leveraging power (impacting external stakeholders).

Avtar’s flagship training program for mid-career women professionals in India, Intentional Career Pathing, is one of the most innovative training interventions.
