This role would cover the following:
Thought Leadership in the Provider space with experience and capability to provide consulting help to the customers on various business problems including the financial and clinical areas in the hospitals.
Relationship Management Own the relationships with the Senior customer executives i.e CIOs, CEOs of the large Provider Accounts.
Business Strategy in the Provider space - Work with the VP & Ops Head and Head of Sales to define and execute strategy in the provider space.
Lead Innovations: Own and lead innovations in the Provider space.
Pre-Sales : Provide pre-sales inputs to the sales team in the Provider space and also strategize and attend meetings with the new customers.

Profile: |

Should be a medical professional with experience in developing and implementing solutions in the Provider space
Domain Knowledge Expertise in the entire value chain of Provider space
Should be familiar with the Integrated Care Delivery Organizations, the RHIOs, NHIOs, Clearing Houses ..etc
Should have overall knowledge of the Provider environment – market trends, challenges and issues, Workflow in the hospitals, Role of IT in the hospitals
Should have worked on the Clinical Automation and Optimization areas of the hospitals and also understand the end to end value chain including Revenue Cycle Management
Should have the ability of building relationships with other vendors / collaborate with vendors and create win win strategy
Exposure to the Standards (DICOM, HIPPA, HL7..etc) in the Health Care industry is a must
Exposure to the product development of Revenue Cycle and Clinical (desired)
Should be able to understand the BPO opportunities in the provider space
Qualifications
a. Medical Profession Degree
b. IT Background
c. MBA Degree (desired)
d. Should have performed a strategic and similar role in hospital / product companies / service companies
