1. C, RTOS, Networking features/drivers, L2 protocols, enterprise networks knowledge
2. Should have good programming, debugging skills in C/C++, UNIX, RTOS.Should have experience in requirement gathering, design & development of networking platform software like device drivers, protocol development/porting.Should have implemented L2 protocols, power over ethernet features and interworking with other Cisco or competitor switches. |

1. Should have implemented L2 protocols, power over ethernet features and interworking with other Cisco or competitor switches
2. Should be aware of CLI and SNMP implementation
3. Should have good interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills and mentored the team members on technical activities
4. Cisco IOS skills is an added advantage. PoE or PSE knowledge is added advantage. |
