Responsible for Strategic role in HR, OD intervention. Formulate & execute HR initiatives to support business growth.
Business capability enhancement. Conceptualize and lead change management interventions that influence the company in the areas of :

· Leadership Development
This includes identifying areas of strength and weakness for our Organization and based on the analysis design, develop and implement the necessary interventions. Be an innovative HR specialist in improving the competency of each individual in our organization. |

MBA from a premier business school only (preferably 1999 to 2002 batch) need to apply with a solid exposure to OD initiatives and want to be the next HR Leader in the next 3 years time. Need a passion for new HR initiatives and has the potential to foresee the future for your own ideas. Make sure the ideas are planted in the right spirit to get implemented. Engage people to appreciate change for better. |
