Must have team management ability with strong General Accounting flavour in it. Exposure to Balance sheet review and reconciliations including Bank, Debtors, Creditors, Payrolls, GR, IR accounts is a must. Period End Close activities, including closing of ledgers. Closing and Reporting of Books, Balance sheet preparation, Related schedules FA (Capitalization, Retirement additions, depreciations etc.). Ensure that all monthly deliverables are met as per close calendar. Intercompany accounting and reconciliations
Fixed Assets accounting and managing asset under contruction. Review month end closing balances and perform routine variance analysis in order to identify and correct errors. Accrual / prepayment / recharge journal entries. Preparation of cost center and management reports
Cash Forecasting, Deduction Analysis, Accrual Adjustment, Report Analysis and Reconciliation (For Sales Accounting)
Identify process improvement opportunities
Ensuring that all applicable metrics are met as per SLA and timely reported

Profile: |

CA or CW or MBA with good Managerial Experience and ability to manage 8-10 qualified people for GA process for a US based Client. Responsible for people development.
Handling GA and FA team (good Fixed Asset Accounting exposure along with month end close experience)
Good communication with stability in perivous work experience for atleast 4 years.
Exposure in handling International Clients
Looking for process improvements in GA and FA.
