Ability to Implement, Manage & Monitor SAP Projects both Internal & External Based on IT Plans. Manage different teams and enable, motivate to achieve the desired output in time. Monitoring the existing system & come up with process Improvements in all the possible opportunities.
Module Implementation by bench Marking the operations, with cross Functional SAP application & B2B Process with respect to E Com & SAP
Fine turning the reports for better system performance.
Periodic System Audit and interaction with power users and manage corrective plan
Plan & conduct Training for users with emphasis on cross functional areas
Review, enhance & Documentation of Help Desk Activities, new Configurations, Process enhancements & Improvements for future reference.
Analyze & implement major configurations changes & cross functional implications in enhancements & trouble shooting.
To manage SAP projects both internal & external for business improvement |
