I am the Head - Generalist Human Resources personnel working for quite some time in my present organization. Until past 3 months, I considered myself a competent HR professional, who could solve almost all Human Capital issues. But of late certain happenings are making me feel useless. I am noticing too many leave applications, resignation letters and medical claim bills. Last 3 months saw many employees from various divisions quit. I was suddenly pressurized to fill the gaps as production was getting hampered and the organization had lost many key players.
