| AVTAR has always been committed to bringing dynamic
programs for the student community. As a pioneering effort
to evolve ready employable fresh talent, AVTAR constituted
the forum- TRIPLE EYE in 2001.
TRIPLE EYE (III) is the acronym of Industry-Institute-Interface.
This interface is among the many firsts of AVTAR's accomplishments.
The Triple Eye programs involve a series of workshops
/ training programs/ seminars that are a stimulus to
the institutes and industry alike. These well-received
initiatives encouraged AVTAR to channelize further efforts
& team up with like-minded institutions for Managemantra-
a training / workshop to test the real-time skills of
young managers to be.
As a knowledge partner to CII in the program, AVTAR
has seen its efforts get both industry & institute
recognition as well. Mrs. Saundarya Rajesh, Founder
and CEO AVTAR says- "Our Triple Eye programs have
evoked a lot of zest among the managers to be and also
appreciation of the corporates as well. We are sure
that this interaction will expend into producing ready

| Managemantra invited participation of students from
over 48 management schools in Tamil Nadu. The two-day
program was a sieving process that brought out the crème
of talent.

This was the pattern adopted to sift the talent in
Managemantra.
At the end of each test/exercise, the competition got
tighter and tighter. The contenders of the "Employable
Young Manager Award" racked their brains, and worked
their gray cells whilst battling for t he title.
Guha Athreya, of IIT Madras, emerged as the topper
bagging the "Most Employable Young Manager"
Award. The most remarkable highlight of Managemantra
was that the top 20 had an average of 3 offer letters.
Gautam Manohar Of IIT Madras left everyone awestruck
when he bagged his letter of appointment from Sify Ltd.
This was a source of inspiration to his peers and gave
us, the organizers of Managemantra - a sense of satisfaction.
